As we expand our presence in China, we are seeking a results-driven, bilingual Sales Representative to grow our customer base, increase transaction volumes, and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & New Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new Chinese buyers and sellers to the Mobius marketplace.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in electronics manufacturing, distribution, and trading companies.
Deal Origination & Negotiation:
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to uncover buying and selling opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close high-value deals, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing.
- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and structured follow-up processes.
Market Expansion & Competitive Positioning:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-demand semiconductor parts and trading trends.
- Work closely with the global pricing team to ensure marketplace listings remain competitive and profitable.
- Represent Mobius at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in China.
Account Development & Retention:
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business.
- Provide strategic support to help customers maximize the value they get from Mobius.
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in electronic components or semiconductor trading.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Shenzhen or willing to relocate.
