About Mobius Materials
Mobius is a seed stage startup building a marketplace for electronics manufacturers to buy and sell semiconductors. The electronics industry throws away $15B of brand new, excess semiconductors every year and we want to get these back into the supply chain. Why are these getting thrown away? Electronic manufacturers buy semiconductors as raw materials and then change their production plans but then can’t resell them because no market exists. We certify the authenticity of these semiconductors and create a B2B marketplace to sell them so that they end up back in the supply chain not the landfill.
The role
As a Logistics Coordinator at Mobius Materials, you will play a pivotal role in our global operations. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring the timely delivery of orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining order status reports and following up with our partners.

Day-In-The-Life
- Grab your favorite morning drink and settle in for the daily standup ready to chat priorities for the day
- The operations team sends you an order to fulfill.
- You fill out the paperwork (e.g. packing lists and commercial invoices) and communicate next steps with all parties.
- Use our systems to send out invoices, purchase and sales orders, and compliance documents.
- Complete shipping orders with our providers (DHL, Fedex, UPS, freight forwarding partners etc).
- Keep the operations team updated on a daily basis on the status of orders.
- Call in the operations team or another party when problems arise.

Requirements
- Written and spoken English ability
- Written and spoken Mandarin a huge advantage
- 3-5 excellent references
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Richmond, VA, you will need to come into our office in Shockoe Bottom 3 days per week
- Hours: Full time
- Compensation: $52K per year with healthcare included
